Refund Policy
SalonWins, operated by [Arcate Labs LLC, State of Operation], wants every customer to feel the purchase was worth it. This page explains when we issue refunds. Payments are processed through Stripe (or another processor we may use in the future); refunds are returned to the original payment method.
The Growth Playbook ($97 one-time)
The Growth Playbook is a DIY companion to your free Salon Report Card — your specific gaps turned into templates, checklists, and a 30-day timeline. It’s digital and delivered immediately after purchase.
- Generation failure. If the playbook fails to generate or is materially incomplete due to an error on our side, we will re-run it or refund 100% on request.
- Dissatisfaction window. If you’re unhappy with the playbook and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will refund 100%, no questions asked. Email us with the report ID.
- After 7 days. Because the playbook is digital and delivered immediately, refund requests more than 7 days after purchase are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.
Done-for-you services (priced from the report)
The line items in your report — on-page work, off-page packs (backlinks, citations), Google Business work, review handling, AI visibility, conversion tracking, and any Custom Overhaul project — are sold at a flat, fixed-scope price. There is no monthly retainer. Refund terms for each engagement are set in the statement of work (SOW) you receive before paying.
In general:
- Before kickoff. If you cancel before we begin work (no hours logged, no third-party costs incurred), we refund 100% of any deposit.
- After kickoff. Once work has started, we refund any portion of the engagement we have not yet performed, minus non-refundable third-party costs (directory submission fees, placement fees, vendor costs) already committed on your behalf.
- Outcome guarantees. We do not refund based on specific ranking, AI mention, traffic, or revenue outcomes. SEO and AI-search results depend on factors outside our control; see our Disclaimer.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@salonwins.com from the address used to purchase.
- Include the report ID, order/receipt number, and a brief reason.
- We’ll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; Stripe typically settles within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. We’d much rather resolve an issue directly than dispute it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access pending resolution.
